RDP leads me to believe this is Windows, so I think the ports you are looking for are:
137 and 138 UDP
139 TCP
445 TCP

These should comprise "NetBIOS over IP" and "SMB over IP" If those TCP ports are what you want, don't just use one, use 
both even if your testing indicates one is working.
