You can try PGP Software, You can create users, so you can keep like admin
user with you and the other user for you user.

It use passphrase, so no more complex password and it support whole disk

We use and resell pointsec (now a check point company).    The reason I 
suggest this is because it provides centralized management and remote 
support (supports single sign-on using windows passwd, includes remote 
support utilities in case users get locked out).
