What version of Vista are you running?

Vista Ultimate is the only one that has the BitLocker Drive Encryption
included.

I have a strange issue. On all folders/files on my Windows Vista system
the 
option
"Encrypt contents to secure data" is greyed out.
What is the remedy for this situation?
