how about a linux based firewall:

endian or ipcop both have web interfaces to configure it with (ssh access
too) and can be backed up and restored fairly quickly.

We have over 100 Windows-servers to protect. In our environment there is
alot of different services with different needs.

We need a FW-solution that can filter any traffic on the 4th-layer and is
easy to administer.
