How about training a few people to go and train the others. Or a webinar perhaps? You could create a slide show post it on an internal server, send an email to the individuals and then have them sign off that they viewed it. 1200 signatures is a lot but at least they may take it more serious seeing how they are signing something saying they understand, etc the information. Probably be better to have the managers of the groups obtain the signatures and then hand that to you. -----Original Message----- From: listbounce () securityfocus com [mailto:listbounce () securityfocus com]On Behalf Of WALI Sent: Wednesday, May 23, 2007 2:05 PM To: security-basics () securityfocus com Subject: Security Awareness - Best Ways If I had to undertake awareness training for about 1200 employees of my company and the maximum seating capacity in the largest of the halls is that of 20, going by that it would take a year to complete them all. How should I start? I can't conduct training everyday as I have other things to do but conducting awareness trainings is also part of job profile. I have about a dozen departments and each department is having an approx of 80-90 guys. I have created a website but would newsletters/links etc would suffice. Any other ideas to reach the broadest of spectrum?
