I understand your point and it is true, but my last line was more pointed towards the motivation of the person then anything to do with CISSP. If you hire a person who isn't self motivated and trying to keep up on current technologies and everything, then that person is a bad choice for a hire. If they need someone or something to provide motivation to stay relevant on their job, show them the door. Hope this clears up my statement. Regards, Simmons
