Max file size to check with Antivirus

Hello

I am trying to tune my SAMBA Antivirus protection and want to know what
reasonable value I shall put for max file size variable ? It will not
check files larger than specified amount of bytes. So how big file shall
be to skip AV check? 4 MB? 20 MB?...
