Do you only have one user profile in de machine?
If yes, you can change de logon way to prompt always the username and
password ( in control panel -> user accounts ).

If you mean a specific user account always been used to login to all
application in de xp pro box (eg. IE), the you can delete off all the tied /
remembered password at user accounts; *on de specific user profile -> stored
username and password.

You can either disable the Protected Storage Service or delete the
users profile.  There is also some options as far as GPO's but I can't
remember them off the top of my head.  There are other ways but those
are the few that come to me right away...
