I have used BCWipe by Jetico,
http://www.jetico.com/index.htm#/bcwipe.htm, in the past and it worked
well (see the screencap in the link for the DoD compliance). I have
not used it in a while as I have PGP desktop and use the wipe feature
of PGP which is also DoD compliant.
