If you can see the folder you don't have permissions to, right click it ->
properties -> security tab -> Advanced -> Owner tab. If not, try doing it to
the Drive itself in Windows Explorer.

Set yourself or the Admin group as the owner and check "Replace owner on
subcontainers and objects" and hit Apply, OK. Then go ahead and set the
permissions up how ever you'd like...

Lee

Subject: All Permissions removed from folders

One of my customers has managed to remove all permissions and groups from
several folders on his Windows 2000 small Business Server. Is there any way
I can restore the Administrator priviliges to these folders? Are there any
tools that might be of help?

Thanks for any suggestions.

Maury
