We are using a product called Data Armor. I'm not sure of the exact costs, but I think it was around 50k per 300 hosts. 
It is whole disk encryption. So far, it seems to be working pretty well. We are still in the beta stage though, and 
working on a few bugs due to our topology. It's pretty hidden from the user, so that in itself eliminates a lot of 
problems.
