Attacks targeting language?

I was just wondering if there are existing attacks or the possibility of exploiting a specific language (English, 
Chinese, French, etc) supported by localised OS versions or applications?
Pondering if it is wise enabling as many languages as possible to cater to different users or whether it would be wiser 
to restrict to as few as possible?
