Import Restricted Sites into MS Group Policy for Internet Explorer

Hi,
Does anyone know how to import restricted sites into Restricted Sites Internet Zone for use with a Group Policy? There 
are tools to import directly into each workstation, but I haven't come across any which can be used to import sites for 
creating a Group Policy document.
