SANS recently released a salaray survey which you might find helpful.

Otherwise, Googling a string like: "2005 security IT salary survey" will get you some good hits.

Certs like the Certified Ethical Hacker are still pretty new and not usually listed yet. It is also pretty 
controversial, so some sources of information may be a bit biased against it.
