Using SD Card for 2-factor authentication (WinXP)

Hi,              

 

I want to set my laptop so that no one can login without having my SD card.

Does anyone know if and how this can be done?  Is a standard SD card all
that I need?  Is additional software required or is this feature inherent in
the WinXP OS?
