logging users off AD through vbscript

Okay,
  I have this problem, I want to create a program to search for all
users logged into the domain, then log them off (unless they are a
member of the administrator group).  The only problem I'm having is
finding out how to get a list of all the users who are currently logged
into the system.  Has anyone tried this out?
