Go with one of the top10 universities, if you can (ITT tech and all other remote education crap sucks). They typically have security programs. To name a few top10 ones that are know for computer security: Georgia Tech, Purdue, Berkeley, Princeton, CMU, MIT. Georgia Tech offers one of the strongest Computer Security programs in the nation with both M.S. and Ph.D. in Information Security. They host a center for information security research (GTISC) headed by Ralph Merkle with over 50 faculty members, which is the biggest in the nation. Go with Tech and you won't regret it. Purdue also offers a program in Security (CERIAS) which is not as solid as the one at Tech but is also good and reputable. Next down the list is Berkeley, UCSB, CMU etc. They have a few faculty members in Security so you may be able to get it as a specialization, not a degree since they do not focus on security as much (there is typically no more than 1-2 faculty members for the whole CS department that work in security, which is nowhere near GT or Purdue.)
