It is possible that there is some form of wake on lan signal turning
these machines on. I had a similar problem with some older Compaq
machine a few years ago. The BIOS update solved the problem.


Our problem started the day after we move the Win 2000 servers to native
mode.

Suddenly here in my work, some PCs are being turned on by "ghosts"
during night/clean periods and they are being used! How can I know the
last person who logged in? Are there some kind of login logs in win
xp?
