MS SQL 2000

Hello all,

 I have a new server that runs Windows 2003 Server w/ MS SQL 2000 Standard.

 I'm not SQL specialist, but I know my basic way around. The main 
question I have if any of you have a GOOD reading source. I want to lock 
it down and get some general idea how MS goes about SQL. I have some 
knowledge of MySQL, but I do not want to assume that it is related.
