There is a built in way to password protect .pst files in outlook. I forget how exactly and I dont have outlook to look at, but I know it's possible. It's somewhere in the properties of the pst file. You can create a separate pst file for the mail you want to password protect and leave the others unprotected if you want. On 7/29/05, Thiago Lima lst <thiagolima () webforce com br> wrote:
I'm searching for tools to enhance outlook (local pst) security. - I'd like to encrypt some folders in the pst ( not all folders ) - And if it is possible I'd like to hide some folders. And show then only if a password or key is entered. I'm googling for it and can't find anything that looks like this. Does any one know any tool like this? Thanks a lot, Thiago lima.
