Spoofing Caller ID in Germany

Hi Guys,

i've read the thread about caller ID spoofing in american telephone 
networks.

Is that possible in europe / german ? I know they have a different 
telephone system, but
there are some undocumentet features like Call override, which makes the 
hidden telephone number
visible even if the caller hides them.

Has anyone Information about that ?
