Hello,

many people in Security Forums say that's the best solution to clean
up your harddisk and format it....

In Google I found the following results:
"Search in the Registy for the following string:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\PINF
and delete it."

And I found this links:

http://www.antivirus.ro/?page=48&virus=188
http://www.trendmicro.com/vinfo/virusencyclo/default5.asp?VName=PE_PARITE.B
http://newsinjection.ihug.co.nz/Dec03/virus.htm

Some sites write that it's an older virus (year 2003/3004) and uses an
RPC vulnerabilty, but I'm not sure, so I suggest visiting the links
listed above.

Kindly Regards,

Valentin. Germany

This morning I found a wwwhack window opened on one of my w2k servers,
antivirus agent was deleted (TrendMicro) and when I reinstall it back, it
found about 4500 viruses named PE_PARITE.B

Now the virus is still regenerating itself creating files on winnt\temp
folder, I saw the task list and stopped all the suspicious process, but
the virus still goes on...

The virus/hacker created a folder named RADMIN, where he copied these
files:
r_server.exe
admdll.dll
hide.reg
raddrv.dll
pro.bat
start.bat

Does anyone knows how to remove this virus and avoid this hack
vulnerability?
