NAI Intrushield

Anyone using the Intrushield IPS product from NAI?  I am having issues with 
it restricting throughput.  It is guaranteed to have 600mbps throughput but 
with the 12mbps I have it's choking off the traffic.  All the policies are 
set to allow and just alert.
