Absolutely not.  Their forensics toolkit does Windows password recovery, and once the password is found it is possible 
to obtain the EFS key information to decrypt files.

Simon mentioned in the previous post that EFS is only useful if you can prevent the attacker from obtaining your 
password.

Bruting forcing a password to get authenticated access to a system is not tantamount to 'breaking' a cryptographic 
system.

And no, I'm not a Microsoft employee. :)

EFS has been broken.  Accessdata's FTK can decrypt it.
