Subject: Extreme hacking or Ultimate Hacking - which course is better

I'm interested in attending either the Ernst & Young Extreme Hacking Course 
or the Foundstone Ultimate Hacking Course. Can anyone advise which of the 
two is better for a security professional and which one is more current and 
up to date?
