If you are using W2003, then you can use smart card authentication.  I would not consider this a cheap solution.

You could also look at a one time password solution.  RSA and SecureID both have an OTP solution but I think they both 
require replacing msgina.dll.

    I was wondering what solutions there is for incoproating some form of token
    authentication with RDP / Terminal Services.. Cheaper the better.
    
    Ive heard of some crafty ones that support SMS and cheap ass USB cards, but
