According to my ISP this is not usable, and is treated as a broadcast
address..

69      ->> ISP Router

This is the address of my routers WAN port. The ISP states this is
provided to the router, and indeed this is what my router picks up as
it's IP. This IP is also stated as the origionating IP on any internet
out going traffic.

70      ->> Your NAT/Firewall

This according to the ISP is provided for a server, but I do not
currently use it.


71      ->> Broadcast Address

Correct
