      10.78.0.0/15
      10.80.0.0/14

awind@wind-a:~$ netmask --standard 10.78.0.0:10.83.255.255
      10.78.0.0/255.254.0.0    
      10.80.0.0/255.252.0.0

I do not know anything about IIS, but netmask or similar utilities makes such
calculations easy (substitude 10 with xxx).
