Any pre-compiled winpcap driver for PocketPC?

Hello All,

Most of the WinCE sniffer requires WinPcap driver. However, as I'm using 
the Win2003, the WinPcap in Netstumbler and AirScanner are not working in 
Win2003. 

I have found the source code of WinPcap for PocketPC, but haven't got the 
pre-compiled binary for Win2003. 

Is there any one got the Win2003 pre-compiled version? Where can I find 
that?
