As your pc's are only in a workgroup as to domain, you'll have to log in
using the local administrator account, not all AV have the feature to
install on remote machines, I've had success with norton corporate, but then
this was in a domain environment,

Cheers,
Roland

Subject: remote administration via hidden shares

I am trying to remotely administer serveral computers via the C$ share
(e.g. remote installation of anti-virus sw). All of our computers belong
to the same WG. How do I go about accessing the hidden share?

Thanks,
Bryan
