Commercial Wireless access points

A few local cities in our town use commercial wireless access points. They
have towers setup. They use I think wep encryption if that. Has anybody been
able to sniff out these commercial access points? Or do you know of any
tools?
http://www.alvarion.com is one of the product being used.

They use 802.11 not a or b just 802.11.
We are a security consulting company. A local city is running a beta program
using this wireless technology. That have asked us to do security analysis
on their wireless network.
