RE: Firewall configuration statistics

I started this thread and already put a end to it. I even stated so in my
e-mail 2 days ago. Apparently people suffer from selective reading. They
expect me to accept their stupid answers. If I ask a question only I should
know if the answer satisfies me or not. That's a basic concept some people
on this group fail to grasp.

        How do you expect to figure out which firewall's are
misconfigured? I
highly doubt that you will be able to get accurate information, and I
also doubt that you can trust any other story that tells you that they
know. 

1-) People don't talk about their firewalls.
2-) It is, for the most part, illegal to run security tests on a network
that is not yours.

Be careful what you write about... you don't want to end up saying
something silly like... "IDS is useless".
