Just tried it.
It effectivelly prevents a low level keyboard/mouse hook from being
notified.
I noticed that it installs a device driver that must "intercept" the
keyboard/mouse events at kernel level and deliver them probably directly to
the win32 service (also installs a win32 service running as Local System),
which in turn does something else like delivering the event directly to the
target application, preventing then the hooks from being notified.

Anyway, it works!
