email security issue

Thanks to everyone for the suggestions and the websites to check out.

I attempted to send the email headers and the actual email to the list but
it was returned.

I assigned a new IP address to the site.  I am not sure if this will do very
much.  The spammer using the email address seems to have stopped the
activity.

I do have headers and information from the emails that point to a location
in Florida.  I have not been able to find the person's ISP.
