Anyone heard of this or have any idea how to get rid of it? AdAware didn't find the "malware."
Another one you can try is Spybot: Search and Destroy at http://security.kolla.de/
Its a spyware detector for "advanced" users meaning it leans towards the paranoid and will appear to give you lots of false positives because it'll also report things such as registry keys that log the recent files you've opened with a particular program saying that anyone who gains access to your pc will be able to determine what you've been doing by these registry keys.
So basically you don't have to remove everything it reports. It will automatically checkmark the important items you should remove and gives you the option of "quarantining" the programs and registry keys it removes so you can do a roll back and replace them back with the software in case something doesn't work properly after you've removed something with it.
And it's free. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Neural Nightmare "It's like Kung-fu lesson for your brain" Head Mad Scientist http://www.cerebrallab.com/ neural () cerebrallab com ------------------------------------------------------------------------ PGP Fingerprint 7F13 8F0D 8F29 C375 4C2B 4570 57D1 83E1 PGP Public Key available at http://www.cerebrallab.com/publickey.php
