The company i work for is writing such a thing it
currently is in beta with an expected ship date of
03/01/2004. it is really nice with lots of features
planned and it runs on open software or  m$ if you
must
you can check out the web site(new one will be up
soon) at www.comtech-admin.com the product is called
System Audit Toolkit (SAT), there will be more
infomation after beta one is approved
 :)
