Hi Scott,

Try look for this package gtk+-devel . Normally you have on your machine gtk+. You need to gtk+-devel to use it's libraries. You can do this by issuing the command rpm -qa | grep gtk+ and see how whether your machine have that .

I have a Sun Ultra 5 SPARC running Red Hat 6.2 and it compiles nicely with the gtk interface.
