So you got portscanned...big deal.  Welcome to the
Internet.  Given that trojans are configurable as to
the ports they use, being scanned on "odd" ports is
hardly an issue...in fact, it's to be expected. 
However, if these packets were dropped at your
firewall, perhaps your question should be, "who
cares?"
