Never change a running system.

I've got VC2013 installed under Win64, but the build process always
fails with:

C:\Program Files
(x86)\MSBuild\Microsoft.Cpp\v4.0\V120\Microsoft.CppCommon.targets(170,5): error
MSB6006: "cmd.exe" wurde mit dem Code 9009 beendet.
[C:\Development\wsbuild32\docbook\user_guide_docbook.vcxproj]

any many other of such errors. I guess there are the parentheses around
the path with spaces missing, but I haven't found out where I have to
add this, or why they aren't automatically added as in all other paths.
