This was recreated on Win2K Pro SP1 with NTLM set to 0.

guest does not work
logins through guest not allowed

\guest
\\guest
\\\guest\\\\\ all work

I gave guest a non-blank password and the above cases still held true.


I created a group called TelnetClients with no members and this stopped
access using any variation of guest.
