Re: default password list home

[dev () PHENOELIT DE (FX, Phenoelit)]

After going back to Eric, I decided to be the Joe for the default
password list. It is located on http://www.phenoelit.de/dpl/ and I will
maintain updates, removals and all other request. It's now plain HTML
(so Netscape and lynx works).

If someone else already holds the "master copy", please accept my
apologies.
