Could you re-attach that patch as text? It appears to be in Microsoft's TNEF format; my machine at work doesn't have software that understands that, and, although my main home machine does, it's currently not working (broken disk drive) - my backup home machine doesn't have de-TNEFifying software on it (although I could dig it up).
