I can answer this one. It was a bug, i fixed it and guy checked
it in :
http://cvs.tcpdump.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb/tcpdump/tcpdump.c

Juts use version 1.248 of tcpdump.c and it will be good :
http://cvs.tcpdump.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb/tcpdump/tcpdump.c?rev=1.248
