Talos Snort Subscriber Rules Update

Synopsis:
This release adds and modifies rules in several categories.

Details:
Talos has added and modified multiple rules in the browser-ie,
browser-other, browser-plugins, file-flash, file-identify, file-image,
file-multimedia, file-office, file-other, file-pdf,
indicator-compromise, indicator-obfuscation, indicator-scan,
malware-cnc, malware-other, os-mobile, os-other, os-solaris,
os-windows, policy-other, protocol-dns, protocol-other, protocol-scada,
pua-other, server-other, server-samba and sql rule sets to provide
coverage for emerging threats from these technologies.
