RE: --enable-sourcefire

If you look into the "configure" script, you will see that the "--enable-sourcefire" option adds the "-DSOURCEFIRE" 
option to the compiler flag...

# Check whether --enable-sourcefire or --disable-sourcefire was given.
if test "${enable_sourcefire+set}" = set; then
  enableval="$enable_sourcefire"
  CFLAGS="$CFLAGS -DSOURCEFIRE"
fi;

Now, just look into the source code and see where SOURCEFIRE is used... I'll leave that as an exercise for the reader!
