I'm a bit confused,

there's never been a libnet 1.1.1.1, I think Jochen is looking at the CVS 
tag at the top of libnet.h.  1.1.1.1 is the CVS tag in libnet.h for version 
1.0.2a so I think he is actually using the correct version of Libnet.
