problem with the update script

i am new in snort , i downloaded a script that make auto update to the
snort rules but it stops when resolving the URL when i edited the 
script i found the url that caused this problem which is
http://dev.whitehats.com/ids/vision.conf is there any other URL that can
replace this URL with.

any help is appreciated....
