Jeepers Creepers! Another beta!

Just like beta3 (unannounced) but with the magical goodness of a real
conf file :)

* telnet decode normalization into a separate buffer
* contrib fixed
* rawbytes option
* telnet_decode accepts port arguments
* database crash fixes
* updated docs!
* flags: S,12 now means Mask off the 12 bits and see that syn is set

Thanks to Andreas Ostlin, Keith Young, Roman Danyliw, Chris Reid, and
Dirk Mueller for bugs and fixes in this session and everyone I'm
forgetting at the moment.
