Caught this on /. this morning, maybe you did, too.  Pretty interesting
reading, really.  The fundamental argument is that algorithms are
inadequately expressive to suit CompSci today.  If you look at all the
attempts in 3GL, 4GL, 5GL and beyond to be more expressive, and if you've
ever listened to Donal Knuth speak, you might start tending to agree with
the argument.  What do you think?
