Fwd: Recover full environment

I've seen this recommendation a couple of times, and given the age of  
the computers and the OS/processor overhead of VMWare, this doesn't  
seem like a viable option. Given the age of the systems (and therefore  
the size of the drives), I personally would just create a dd image of  
one of the systems and blow it out to all of the systems at the  
beginning of each night.
